Founded by Jim Dillingham in 2004, D&Z Engineering, Inc. began as a structural engineering company and grew into a full package engineering firm. We now offer structural, civil, design & architectural engineering services, as well as site observations and observation letters, creating a simplified process for clients & contractors. D&Z is open to innovative and creative ideas and designs, with a wide range of building types and other structure designs. This rounded experience allows D&Z to provide a cost-effective design, taking into account the contractor's needs while still meeting the requirements of their client. It is our goal to provide our clients with excellent service, clear and complete construction documents, quick responses to construction administration issues, and an experience that keeps our clients coming back.
