Founded by Jim Dillingham, D&Z Structural Engineering, Inc. is an experienced firm.  D&Z is open to innovative and creative ideas and designs, and we have been in business for over ten years, with a wide range of building types and other structures designed.  This rounded experience allows D&Z to provide a cost-effective design, taking into account the contractor's needs while still meeting the requirements of their client. It is our goal to provide our clients with excellent service, clear and complete construction documents, quick responses to construction administration issues, and an experience that will keep our clients coming back.

Staff

Jim Dillingham, P.E.

President

Jim Dillingham is a licensed Civil Engineer and licensed Contractor. His construction expertise gives him the uncommon ability to design with the construction process in mind. Along with his construction experience, he has a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.  He has numerous design projects to his credit, and is currently acting president of both D&Z Structural Engineering and Dillingham Construction.

Mark Brehmer is a licensed Civil Engineer. He has a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis. He has been with D&Z Structural Engineering, Inc. since August, 2005.

Our office is located in Cameron Park, CA, about 30 minutes east of Sacramento.  We love the nature that surrounds us, and we try to enjoy it as much as we can.  These photos are from our company rafting trip from summer of 2008.
